Group Boxing

Class Structure

Warm-up (10 minutes):
Light cardio, partner drills, dynamic stretching, jump rope.

Technique Drills (15 minutes):
Boxing: Punch combinations, footwork, head movement.
Kickboxing: Roundhouse kicks, teeps, knees, low kicks, basic defense.

Bag Work / Partner Work (20 minutes):
Heavy bag striking, partner glove drills, group combinations led by Donnel.

Conditioning & Burnout (10 minutes):
High-intensity circuits, core training, footwork ladders, agility drills.

Cool Down (5 minutes):
Stretching and light mobility to assist recovery.

Target Audience

All levels welcome. Beginners focus on form and technique; advanced students work speed, power, and endurance.
