Session Structure (45 Minutes)

Dynamic Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

Joint mobility, activation drills, light shadowboxing or jump rope to prepare the body and sharpen focus.

Skill Development & Technique (15–20 Minutes)
  • Targeted instruction based on your level and goals.

  • Boxing fundamentals: jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, footwork, defense

  • Kickboxing/Muay Thai techniques: kicks, knees, elbows, stance, timing

  • Advanced athletes: defensive counters, ring movement, precision work

Pad / Mitt Work (15–20 Minutes)

Coach-led combinations focused on accuracy, timing, movement, and power development. Sessions are adjusted to challenge your current ability and push progression safely.

Conditioning Finisher (5 Minutes)

Short, intense round focused on striking output, core stability, and explosive movement to build endurance and fight-level conditioning.
