1:1 Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai

Class Structure

Warm-up (5–10 minutes):
Dynamic stretching, joint mobility, light cardio (jump rope, shadowboxing).

Technique & Fundamentals (20 minutes):
Boxing: Jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, footwork, defense.
Kickboxing/Muay Thai: Kicks, knees, elbows, stance, guard, balance and timing drills.

Mitt / Pad Work (20 minutes):
Coach-led combinations, defensive counters, movement patterns, accuracy and power development.

Conditioning Round (5–10 minutes):
Striking circuits, core burnouts, explosive movements, plyometrics.

Cool Down (5 minutes):
Breathing, stretching, and mobility work.

Target Audience

Beginners learning fundamentals, intermediates sharpening technique, and advanced athletes improving fight-level power, timing, and endurance.
