I’m Donnel — a trainer dedicated to helping people unlock their strength, confidence, and athletic potential.
When you train with me, my goal is simple: help you walk out feeling stronger, sharper, and more capable than when you walked in. I’m not just counting reps or running you through random rounds. I’m watching your form, your breathing, your body language — and coaching you through every step so you know why we’re doing what we’re doing.
With years of experience in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and functional fitness, I take a personalized, technique-focused approach to every session. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been training for years, I’ll meet you where you’re at, tighten up your fundamentals, and push your conditioning in a safe, structured way.
My coaching style blends discipline with encouragement. I’m going to correct your stance, your guard, your footwork — but I’m also going to hype you up when you get it right. Training with me should feel challenging, motivating, and fun, not intimidating. You’ll sweat, you’ll learn, and you’ll leave knowing you’re getting better every single session.
