Overview

The Intro Group Class is a focused 30-minute session designed specifically for beginners. It’s the perfect starting point if you’re new to boxing and want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive, structured environment.

This class builds your foundation — teaching proper technique, basic combinations, and movement — so you feel confident progressing into regular group training.

No experience required.

Class Structure (30 Minutes)

Warm-Up & Movement Prep (5 Minutes)

Light cardio and guided mobility to activate the body and introduce basic boxing movement.

Fundamentals & Technique (10–12 Minutes)

Step-by-step instruction covering:

  • Proper stance and guard

  • Jab and cross mechanics

  • Basic 2–3 punch combinations

  • Intro to footwork and defensive positioning

Emphasis is placed on understanding form and control — not speed or intensity.

Guided Bag Work (10–12 Minutes)

Apply what you’ve learned on the heavy bag at a controlled pace. Focus remains on balance, coordination, and building confidence.

Light Conditioning Finish (3–5 Minutes)

A short, manageable conditioning round to improve endurance without overwhelming new athletes.
