Class Structure

Bodyweight strength, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance training focusing on functional athletic movements.
Conditioning Circuits (15 minutes):
High-intensity intervals, battle ropes, sled pushes, med ball work, boxing-inspired conditioning.
Core & Stability (10 minutes):
Planks, rotational work, stability drills, explosive core exercises.
Cool Down (5 minutes):
Stretching, mobility, and breathing exercises.
