
Beginner Fundamentals
Class Structure
Warm-up (10 minutes):
Footwork basics, shadowboxing, light cardio, technique activation.
Fundamentals Breakdown (20 minutes):
Stance, guard, foot placement, movement, punch mechanics, defensive basics.
Kickboxing basics: proper kicking form, balance, and safe striking.
Controlled Drills (15 minutes):
Beginner bag work, slow-flow partner drills (optional), form practice.
Strength & Conditioning (5 minutes):
Light core work and foundational movements.
Cool Down (5 minutes):
Stretching, mobility, breathing.
